How long is a lease?
The lease for our semi-furnished apartments is a minimum of one year as per the Quebec standards. All of our buildings have a direct underground access to the shopping center Les Galeries du Parc, where you will find a major grocery store (Metro) as well as a smaller organic grocery store. You can opt to take a home insurance policy to cover you for your personal belongings during your stay here. You may contact your bank or insurance company for more information.
Is a security deposit or application fee required?
As per Quebec law a landlord cannot ask for any deposit only the first months rent. But since you are a student and probably do not have a credit score or employment we require a guarantor to sign with you. This is totally your choice and if you decide to offer, we would accept.
